RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY Thank you for shopping with TASQ. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you encounter any issues or wish to return/exchange a product, we have outlined our Returns/Exchanges/Refunds policy below. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with a return, exchange, or refund request. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: Return must be made in the first 3 days. Return must be confirmed my TASQ before shipment. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are typically accepted within first 10 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated for specific products or promotions. Returns shipment fee has to be paid the buyer if the return item i not damaged (Defected). We're only able to reimburse the return shipping fee if the return or exchange is due to our error or damaged merchandise. Additionally, the fee must not exceed 50% of the total product amount. Return Shipping: For returns/exchanges due to product defects or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you. For non-defective product returns/exchanges or if you changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned product reaches us safely. Refund Policy: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees or applicable taxes. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. We cannot refund or reship if the delivery failed due to an incorrect or insufficient address. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.( the claim can only be accepted within 10 days.) Make sure you do not throw out or lose original package (outer box, bubble wraps etc…) which will be required for the inversigation. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, our standard Returns/Exchanges/Refunds policy will apply.
